Comfrey

Comfrey, scientifically known as Symphytum officinale, is a perennial herb that has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties.

Comfrey roots and leaves contain allantoin, a substance that helps new skin cells grow, along with other substances that reduce inflammation and keep skin healthy. Comfrey, in a balm can been used to heal bruises as well as pulled muscles and ligaments, fractures, sprains, strains, and osteoarthritis.

The anti-inflammatory properties in Comfrey can help reduce inflammation and swelling. It can be used topically to alleviate symptoms of conditions like arthritis, sprains, strains, and joint pain.

Comfrey has also been used traditionally to support bone and joint health. It is believed to help strengthen bones and promote the healing of fractures.

Arnica

Arnica, scientifically known as Arnica montana, is a flowering plant that has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties.

Arnica is great for soothing sore muscles, sprains, strains, bruising and inflammation.
