Rakiura Face Cream with Seaweed & Mamaku

Rakiura Face Cream with Seaweed & Mamaku is a light facial moisteriser which plumps and hydrates the skin, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Amongst the ingredients are Red seaweed and Mamaku which work together to maximise hydration, restoration and protection of the skin. A perfect day cream to be followed up by our Hydration with Retinol Balm at night.

Organic and Natural Ingredients:
Aqua, Sweet Almond Oil, Glycerine, Vitamin E, Steric Acid, Phenoxyethanil, Ceta Alcohol, Red Seaweed, Manaku, Grapefruit, Lavender and White Musk Essential Oils.

Red Seaweed

Red Seaweed is rich in protein, vitamins and antioxidants. It has outstanding moisture-retaining properties and promotes a healthier skin barrier which helps replenish the skin’s natural hydration.

When applied to the skin seaweed has a strong purifying influence, helping to draw out the impurities that have accumulated, and leaving the skin feeling refreshed and renewed.

Furthermore, the amino acids found in seaweed plump up your skin, improving its elasticity, for healthier, firmer skin.

Mamaku

Mamaku, or Black Fern, extract has amazing hydrating effects of soothing and moisturising. Mamaku can promote healthy cell renewal by encouraging the production of collagen and elastin cells.

Sweet Almond Oil

Sweet almond oil is the oil extracted from the fruit of the deciduous almond tree. It has been used for centuries to soothe the skin and treat minor wounds and cuts. It’s highly emollient which means it helps to balance the absorption of moisture and water loss. Sweet almond oil is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and packed full of vitamins such as A, D, E and K, making it a great choice to help treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and also to reduce the signs of aging.
